Together we will experience what it is like to be present minded to be able to enjoy this moment that we have now. We will start with some guided meditation that will help relax your nervous system. Afterwards we will learn simple ways to activate your neurogenic tremor that will help you release deep rooted tension(or stuck energy) that was caused by physical or emotional stress or trauma. You will also have access to some resilience tools to help you cope with stress that you will learn from Desiree that you can implement into your everday life. The class will end with tips from Amber St Peter on anti-inflammatory foods that will help your body ease stress and anxiety. You will also get some savory appetizers created by Shanti Kitchen to enjoy at the end of class.
About me: I’ve experienced ongoing tension in my body for some time, and after years of trying different modalities and praying daily, I experienced healing. Through the pain I found my calling which is to help others experience peace and harmony. I am a certified Tension Release Exercise Provider and I am here to help you with anxiety, stress, tension, physical stress, emotional stress, or trauma. My goal is to help you feel present minded, grounded so that you can live your life to your fullest potential.
